Logan Iacocca Assad

Capital Representative

Logan is a Southern California native who earned his degree in Economics with Financial Applications from Southern Methodist University in May 2026, where he focused his coursework on financial and managerial accounting as well as financial and international economics. His interest in real estate developed outside the classroom through exposure to investment opportunities across land, commercial, and residential properties in the Dallas market, giving him an early understanding of how investors evaluate a project’s fundamentals, risks, and potential.

Alongside his studies, Logan worked in property management at a Los Angeles-based firm with a 36-asset industrial portfolio. His responsibilities included lease administration, tenant coordination, vendor communications, and property inspections across a number of the firm’s properties. Working directly with properties and contractors gave him a practical understanding of how assets perform beyond the financial model and how execution, maintenance, and operating decisions affect a project over time.

At Grade, Logan works on the firm’s capital team, helping build relationships with developers, builders, and owners throughout the Los Angeles market and supporting the firm’s capital activities across its network. His background in economics, investment, and property operations gives him a broad perspective on the factors that shape a real estate opportunity, from the underlying numbers to the realities of execution. He is currently pursuing his California real estate license as well.
