Todd DeMann
With over twenty years of experience in design, finance, and real estate development, Todd established himself as one of the top executives in his field. Combining creative vision and leadership with rigorous organizational skills creates a potent force in high-stakes urban real estate development and global hospitality.
As a developer, Todd has extensive experience in high-end residential development in Los Angeles and is working on luxury ground-up, and substantial remodel projects in Beverly Hills, Bel Air and West Hollywood. Todd syndicated such projects with a pool of high-net-worth investors and lenders, raising over $125m.
After relocating to Los Angeles from New York, Todd formed a vertically integrated hospitality design & sourcing firm serving luxury clients worldwide. Managed overall performance of multi-disciplinary design practice targeting boutique/luxury hotel & hospitality market while working on projects for hospitality leaders such as Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons & Starwood Hotels.
Todd created the founding vision for his design company by changing the business model from a services company to a worldwide design sourcing platform. Todd directly managed all design & contracting teams working from countries like the US, Italy, Australia, the Philippines and China.
Todd has joined forces with Barry to Co-Found Grade, which incorporates design, development & real estate sales.

Liz Feldman
Liz is a Los Angeles native who attended Brentwood School before earning her degree from Syracuse University, where she graduated summa cum laude as a triple major in real estate, finance, & accounting, with a minor in economics. During her time at Syracuse, she held executive board roles in both a professional fraternity and the university’s real estate club.
Since returning to Los Angeles in 2022, Liz has gained hands-on experience across many luxury residential projects, including both client and speculative developments, with varying scope and complexity. Her experience ranges from targeted renovations like kitchen remodels to full-scale single-family home redevelopments across premier neighborhoods including Beverly Park, Bel Air, and Pacific Palisades.
Liz is involved throughout all phases of development, with responsibilities that include scheduling, site coordination, materials handling, record keeping, owner reporting, invoice management, and oversight of onsite work to ensure projects meet established standards. In addition to development execution, she supports ongoing asset and property management for select clients, overseeing maintenance, punch-list execution, and day-to-day property needs. Her attention to detail, organizational discipline, and financial background position her as a trusted senior project manager.
