Liz Feldman

Director of Operations

Liz runs operations at Grade. Scheduling, site coordination, materials handling, record keeping, owner reporting and invoice management sit with her — not project by project, but across the portfolio at once. It is the work that decides whether a development holds its schedule, and whether an owner can see where the money went.

A Los Angeles native, Liz attended Brentwood School before earning her degree from Syracuse University, graduating summa cum laude as a triple major in real estate, finance, & accounting, with a minor in economics. While there, she held executive board roles in both a professional fraternity and the university’s real estate club.

Since returning to Los Angeles in 2022 she has worked across luxury residential projects at every scale Grade takes on — client and speculative, targeted renovations through full single-family redevelopments, in Beverly Park, Bel Air and Pacific Palisades. She is involved through all phases, and oversees onsite work against the standard each project sets. For select clients she also carries asset and property management: maintenance, punch-list execution, and the day-to-day needs of a house once it is finished.

Liz oversees the capital side’s day-to-day operations, putting the same accounting and finance training to work on how a project is funded rather than how it is built. She is also a practicing real estate agent, which keeps her close to the transactions at either end of a development.
