Jake Hurley
Jake leads lending for Grade Capital, working with developers, builders, and owners on the financing behind residential construction.
His focus is senior debt and preferred equity — capital markets and structured finance for development needs starting at $1 million, with particular emphasis on luxury and ultra-luxury single-family product. It is the same category Grade develops and sells, which means a request reaches someone who understands the construction behind it as well as the capital stack in front of it.
He spent three years in real estate structured finance at E3 Capital Funding in Chicago, arranging capital across commercial and development transactions, before relocating to Los Angeles. Earlier in his career he worked across investment dispositions and corporate advisory.
Jake is based in Los Angeles and works with clients on projects nationwide.
