Real Estate Associate

Bella is a Los Angeles–based student at the University of Southern California, graduating in Spring 2027. She studies Real Estate Development through the USC Price School of Public Policy and Entrepreneurship through the USC Marshall School of Business. Her interdisciplinary education has given her a strong foundation in real estate while developing the entrepreneurial, communication, and interpersonal skills she brings to the industry.

At the heart of Bella’s interest in real estate is relationship building. She is drawn to the personal nature of residential real estate and believes that understanding a client’s priorities, lifestyle, and long-term goals is fundamental to representing them well. Her ability to connect naturally with people, paired with thoughtful communication and attention to detail, shapes her approach to client relationships.

Beyond the classroom, Bella has built a digital community of more than 120,000 followers across social media. Growing her platform has strengthened her expertise in personal branding, marketing, communication, and audience engagement, while teaching her the importance of building genuine relationships and trust. She brings these skills to real estate, where reputation and meaningful connections are increasingly essential.

As she completes her studies at USC, Bella is focused on building relationships throughout the Los Angeles real estate community and gaining hands-on industry experience. She ultimately hopes to build a career in residential real estate defined by trust, discretion, strong relationships, and an exceptional standard of service.
