Tortuoso Way was a large-scale land development project in Bel Air, located directly across from Hotel Bel-Air. The project began with eight separate residential properties that were combined to create approximately 10.6 contiguous acres.
Over the course of three years, the land was developed and improved to support estate-scale residences. The original parcels were transformed into three larger lots, including two 3-acre sites and one 4.6-acre site, each oriented to capture elevated views of the city, canyon, and Pacific Ocean, bringing scale, location, and view orientation into alignment through a deliberate land strategy.
