Barry Watts

Barry brings 25 years of C-level management experience from music and film to focus on luxury real estate. He has used his creative energy to build and grow fast-paced, innovative companies. He has extensive leadership experience, from multi-national corporations, including Paramount Pictures, to successful independent companies, The Telstar Entertainment Group, to self-funded start-ups, including Music and Brands and Domvs London.

Barry is a property developer and founding partner in The Park Bel Air project with JRE Partners (formerly Junius Real Estate, a division of J.P. Morgan Private Bank) and Domvs London LLC, who purchased and developed the properties together at Tortuoso Way. In addition, he is a real estate agent at the leading Beverly Hills brokerage Carolwood Estates and specializes in the prime Los Angeles markets. Originally from England, he has lived in Los Angeles since 2007.

The next chapter is as Co-Founder of Grade, which incorporates design, development & real estate sales.
