Barry is a Los Angeles–based real estate professional and residential property developer with over 15 years of senior leadership experience and a focused track record in luxury residential real estate. He combines institutional discipline with an entrepreneurial approach to sourcing, developing, and marketing high-value residential assets in prime Los Angeles markets.

As a founding partner of The Park Bel Air, a premier residential development undertaken in partnership with JRE Partners (formerly Junius Real Estate, a division of J.P. Morgan Private Bank). The partnership acquired and developed multiple luxury residences on Tortuoso Way, Bel Air, overseeing site acquisition, design development, entitlement strategy, construction execution, and market positioning.

In addition to his development work, Barry is a licensed real estate agent at Carolwood Estates. He specializes in prime residential properties across Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and adjacent ultra-high-value submarkets
Earlier in his career, Barry held senior executive roles and board-level positions in the music and film industries, including serving as a Divisional CEO at Paramount Pictures.
